For all orders of furniture, a signature will be required.

Delivery of these orders will be pre-booked with you directly by our couriers, so you will know precisely what day your goods will arrive, you will have the opportunity to change the delivery slot for a limited time before arrival after the items have left our warehouse. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered; you may be charged for repeat delivery.

The majority of our furniture is delivered using a 2-man delivery service due to the bulky size and weight of the packages. As we offer a dedicated 2-man service, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver most of our furniture exactly where you would like. 

On the delivery day, and as the 2-man crew get closer to your delivery address (approximately 30 minutes away), they will contact you to ensure you are available to receive your furniture. 

Once they arrive, they will carry out any risk assessment required and discuss where you would like your packages placed. 

When your delivery is complete, you will sign on an electronic device to say everything is in order.
