Description - ‘Blue Ice' is a dwarf, low-growing, compact, spreading evergreen shrub with narrow blue-green leaves. Profuse clusters of small nodding pink bell-shaped flowers which almost cover the plant and obscure the attractive foliage are produced in spring.
