Description - Hollyhock is a real statement in any garden, they love full sun and a well drained moderately fertile soil. This fast growing tall perennial is ideally situated towards the back of beds and borders and will produce large elongated flower spikes from June to September, once flowering has finished its recommended to prune back and allow to over winter. They are great by the coast but staking is advisable in exposed locations.
