Description - Ceanothus, commonly known as Californian Lilac is a pretty, bushy, evergreen shrub which has bright, summer yellow leaves which are randomly blotched with dark green across them. In May the Ceanothus produces wonderful sprays of light blue flowers which create even more colour amongst the yellow foliage.
A great all round garden plant, often planted in flower beds and borders, banks or slopes and almost any other location, suiting a wide range of garden designs and planting schemes. Can also make a good container plant, grown on balconies or gardens without grass.
