All signs are handmade, individually rolled out and cut by hand. Once the piece has been made it is left to dry for several days. When the ceramics are completely dry they are then ready to be fired in the pottery kiln reaching temperatures to 1031 degrees c.

All signs are made from white earthenware clay.  All the paints and glazes used are lead free, NON toxic (food safe) enabling you to use them on a day to day basis, suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Each Plaque in all of the collections is approx  L-19 cm  W-11 cm D-1 cm

As each piece is hand made they may differ very slightly from the original photo making them unique.  Some small marks or colours may change due to the firing process at such high temperature.  Be assured that this will not effect the usage of the product. We actually feel this uniqueness is what makes buying handmade so special.
