A colourful collection of Ninebark shrubs prized for their vibrant foliage, attractive seasonal colour changes and easy-care nature, perfect for mixed borders, wildlife gardens, hedging and year-round landscape interest.

Physocarpus varieties are valued for their striking foliage, which ranges from brilliant gold and lime-green to deep burgundy, purple and rich red tones, depending on the cultivar. During late spring and early summer, clusters of delicate white to soft pink flowers appear across the branches, often followed by ornamental seed heads that extend seasonal interest. Their naturally arching habit and peeling mature bark add further texture and character throughout the year. Typically reaching 1–2.5 m tall and wide, these hardy shrubs provide excellent structure, contrast and colour in both traditional and contemporary garden settings.

Our Physocarpus plants are professionally grown in high-quality peat-free compost and freshly delivered directly from our UK nursery in Yorkshire, in plastic-free, giftable packaging. Supplied as large, garden-ready plants in generous 3-litre pots, they feature strong, well-developed root systems that establish quickly and develop into robust, long-lived shrubs with outstanding ornamental value.
