Chrysanthemum (Garden Mum) – Orange Autumn Flowering Plant (12 x 10.5cm Pots)
Orange chrysanthemums, often called garden mums, bring warm, rich colour to borders, patio pots and bedding displays from late summer into autumn. Bushy, upright plants carry masses of vibrant orange blooms above deep green, aromatic foliage.
You receive 12 plants, each in its own 10.5cm pot, well established and ready to plant on arrival. They make a generous pack for bold seasonal displays, whether planted en masse in a border or grouped in patio planters.
Chrysanthemums prefer a sunny, sheltered spot in well-drained, fertile soil, and they grow happily in pots. Deadhead spent flowers regularly to prolong flowering, and feed with a balanced fertiliser while in growth. They are not reliably hardy outdoors, so treat them as seasonal autumn colour. Chrysanthemums are harmful to cats and dogs if eaten.
Orange pairs beautifully with other autumn colours such as deep red, bronze and golden yellow.
